Indie Horror Film THE APEX PREDATORS CLUB Promises Terrifying Practical-Effects Monsters
The film launched its crowdfunding campaign to bring the hunt to life.
New monster movie The Apex Predators Club from filmmaker J. Horton (A Hard Place, Craving) and Mahal Empire has launched its crowdfunding campaign.
Set on a remote island where the ultra-rich gather to hunt monsters for sport, the game takes a deadly turn when the hunters become the hunted. With savage beasts lurking in the shadows and escape off the table, survival is the only rule that matters. And trust us - the creatures in The Apex Predators Club don't play nice.
Expect a gruesome lineup of practical-effects monsters that blend fan-favorite horror classics with fresh, twisted nightmares designed to haunt your dreams long after the credits roll.
Filming is set to begin in June 2025, with locations spanning Los Angeles and Puerto Rico. For horror fans who want to support the ambitious indie project, perks include on-set access, exclusive merchandise, signed memorabilia, and a chance to appear in the film.
